3. How do I get started with Services?

Families, guardians, or support coordinators can submit a referral through our website or email us directly at referrals@all2getherohio.com

4. Do you support adults and children?

Yes, we support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities based on their unique needs and services.

5. Can parents become paid caregivers for their child?

Eligible parents may be able to provide services for their child through our Parent Provider Program.

6. Are you hiring DSP's?

Yes! We are actively seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals to join our team.

7. Do caregivers receive training?

Yes, staff receive required training, onboarding, and ongoing support to provide quality care.

8. What does the referral process look like?

Submit a Referral: A family member, guardian, or SSA submits a referral through our website or by emailing our team.
Initial Consultation: We connect with the family to learn about the individual's needs, goals, and preferred supports.
Staffing & Matching: We carefully match individuals with trained and compatible support staff.
Services Begin: Once approved and scheduled, services begin with ongoing communication and support.
